St James has a reputation as a warm and friendly church. The reason we have so many wonderful parishioners might be due in part to the fact that people feel at home at St. James. Our many friendly greeters are a blessing who represent all of us at the front door. After experiencing a beautiful church service and a great sermon, when newcomers are introduced around coffee hour and meet other folks like themselves, they start to feel like St. James is home. This ministry with friendly, smiling greeters shows all that there is joy and love at St. James Church. Long-time parishioners and newcomers alike feel the warmth.
