Saint James Episcopal Church is a welcoming parish. Our members seek to be transformed by grace into faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. We are committed to his message of forgiveness and love and to the traditions, liturgy and Creeds of the Anglican Communion. We strive to participate in the work of the Holy Spirit through prayer, worship, fellowship, education outreach and service.

Parish Prayer

Gracious God, you have welcomed us as your dearly beloved children. We give you thanks for the traditions, liturgy and creeds of the Anglican communion that guide our common life. Inspire and empower us to share in the work of the Holy Spirit through prayer, worship, fellowship, education, outreach, and service. Transform us by your grace, so that we might grow as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ, be agents of forgiveness, and welcome others into the embrace of your love. All this we ask in the name of your Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Welcome

to the website of Saint James Episcopal Church. We are a friendly community church in suburban Saint James, and we welcome everyone to join us to worship, learn, serve, share, and have fun!
